About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Communication and Organizational Change Management Lead for the ServiceNow Platform Team within Enterprise Functions Technology as a part of the Wells Fargo Technology Group . This is a Senior Lead Business Services Consultant position.

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the ServiceNow Communication, Organizational Change Management and Training program.

  • Create and implement communication, change management, training strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

  • Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees and delivery teams.

  • Define the direction and strategy and activate a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a product/project or initiative.

  • Define the direction and strategy of our communication efforts, partnering with other Communications Teams within Wells Fargo.Enable the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

  • Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

  • Support training efforts.

  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Assess group and individual training needs.

  • Create and maintain training materials.

  • Plan, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning programs

  • Responsible for training on how to use the platform for the best employee experience.

  • Coordinate user training activities, including the training plan and training execution.

  • Coordinates all decisions and execution of internal communications to stakeholders related to the deployment of ServiceNow.

  • Deliver internal information according to a communications plan to prepare the organization for the Now Platform and its functionality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree.

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Proven ability to stand up and/or run a large scale or Enterprise level platform communication model.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Organizational Change Management Certification (Example: Prosci).

  • ServiceNow experience
