Great River Health Systems Special Procedures Tech (Radiology Technologist) | 40 hours per week | Heart & Vascular Center in West Burlington, Iowa

Minimum Hiring Wage:

From $32.53 per hour

Job Details:

$10,000 sign on bonus eligibility for qualified candidates

Scheduled hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, will have scheduled on-call, must be available to be on-site within 30 minutes when on-call.

Job Description:

Fully benefits eligible.

Operates stationary radiographic equipment in the Heart and Vascular Center to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes. Produce quality images as directed by radiologists and physicians for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders. Demonstrate knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, CR and DR imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, and basic computer skills. Function to work independently and in a cooperative manner in teamwork oriented atmosphere within the department and hospital wide. MUST be able to provide exceptional patient care and satisfaction skills to all customers of Great River Health. Demonstrates competent in X-ray procedures, Fluoroscopy, vascular procedures, cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, and other special procedures.

Iowa Permit to Practice – Radiography (or eligible)

ARRT Registered
