Scheduled: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Sign-on Bonus $3,000 for CMA & LPN, $5,000 for RN
Certified Medical Assistant: Assists the medical provider in the care and treatment of patients. Perform certain clinical duties under the direction of physician and some administrative duties. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, patient teaching, administer medications under the direction of the provider. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, assisting patients with insurance processes, referrals. Help with scheduling and registration as well as working in outreach clinics as needed.
LPN: Assess patient health problems and needs and maintain medical records. May work under the supervision of a registered nurse. Assists the medical provider in the care and treatment of patients. May assist physician or physician assistant with patients.
RN: Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. May dictate discharge summaries as directed by supervising physician. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.
Must maintain current licensure
Working in outreach clinics in Keokuk and Mt Pleasant
Cardiology experience preferred
