We’re hiring a new team member with strong reporting and analytical skills to support our East Coast assets! We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking analyst to join our dynamic team and play an instrumental role in providing financial stewardship.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Provide monthly stewardship reporting and support for key financial processes

  • Support the annual budget and major forecasts, including the interpretation of results

  • Steward financial progress through use of Power BI and SAP

  • Participate in financial audits, providing data and responding to audit queries

  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to support the business

    Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Five years of relevant analytical experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or other relevant education

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment

    Preference for:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience with Power BI

  • A demonstrated continuous improvement mindset

  • The ability to summarize data and extract a concise message

  • Collaboration skills that help you achieve the best results and deliver the most value

  • Curiosity and a knowledge seeking approach

    Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:

  • You will work out of our St. John’s office, located at 130 Kelsey Drive

  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
