Key Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist / SLP in Sioux City, Iowa
Key Rehab is looking for an SLP to join our team of health professionals either PRN or Part Time in providing excellent patient care in the Sioux City and Yankton SD area in a Home Health and SNF setting. This position is in a Home Health setting in and around Yankton and Sioux City with additional opportunities in a SNF setting.
Therapists will use their skills to evaluate each patient, develop treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
Must have CCC’s or be a CFY candidate.
Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.
