Aventure Staffing On-Call Office Coordinator in Sioux City, Iowa

On-Call Office Coordinator | $15/hour

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (When needed)

An organization that offers a range of social, educational, and cultural services is seeking an On-Call Office Coordinator to join their team! The right candidate will perform a variety of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is on an as needed basis to cover leave for other staff. Apply now while this opportunity is available!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and transfer calls as appropriate

  • Greet clients and visitors

  • File and organize documents

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, fax, and mail

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on an as needed basis, often with little or no notice

  • Previous office coordinating experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
