Business Office Manager - Full-Time

Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator:
Oversees business functions of the care center and other services, including but not limited to: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office duties
Works closely with the ABCM corporate office personnel to coordinate the accuracy and timely processing of all business transactions
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; two-year degree in a business-related field or relevant work experience preferred
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
Must possess proficient computer skills
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Additional Information
Shift: 8a-4p, Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $20.00/hr-$21.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
