In this role you will implement and sustain a robust EHS management system, utilize proactive scorecards, perform audits, and implement programs to drive performance improvement. We're looking for someone who is strategic, personable, prioritizes tasks well, and displays strong leadership skills.

Do
1.
Lead and coach local EHS staff in the performance of their duties

Monitor individual and team goals and ensure alignment with the organization's strategies and
objectives
to drive EHS performance improvement. Cultivate a learning environment through team member growth and development.

- Coach site operational leaders to be visible EHS advocates

- Assists
in the development of corporate-level EHS strategy

What
We're
Looking For
-
Bachelor's Degree in
Occupational Health and Safety
and
seven
years experience
; or equivalent combination of education and experience
.

Certified Safety Professional or Certified Industrial Hygienist certification preferred
.

Prior experience with EHS Management System approach
preferred.

Advanced
knowledge of relevant State and Federal rules and regulations
required

Prior manufacturing experience preferred
