Who We Are:
Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.

Founded more than 75 years ago as a community hospital, today we operate three clinics, 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient medical/surgical services. About The Job:
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment who wants to lead and make a difference in patients and staff's lives.
Leads a dedicated environmental services team to ensure that all patients, staff and guests experience an exceptionally clean and safe facility.
Salary: Based on experience
Position: 1.0 FTE
Monday-Friday 7:30 -4:30
Weekends and nights when needed for coverage
Position Qualifications:
Education:High School Graduate or Equivalent.Experience:Previous experience and expertise desirable in supervisory capacity.Preferred experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
