Hours : Full Time, (40) hours/week, working Day Shift.

About The Job:

This position evaluates and treats patients of all ages with primary focus on pediatric patients from 0 - 18. Develops treatment plans with involvement of family/support systems to meet the individual’s functional goals. He/She provides direct supervision of support personal as related to patient care.

What we are looking for:

Education:

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program.

• Must possess/maintain license in the State of Iowa.

Experience:

One year in outpatient areas preferred.

Special Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to have good relationships with people while dealing with a variety of physical disabilities.

• Must be able to read, write and/or speak English.

• Must provide proof of Basic Life Support ( BLS Provider -American Heart Association or Professional Rescuer-American Red Cross) prior to employment or within 30 days of hire and maintains current status.

• Must provide proof of Mandatory Reporting for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training prior to employment or within 6 months of hire and maintain current status per State of Iowa guidelines.
