Aventure Staffing CNA / CMA Certified Nursing Assistant and Med Aide in Marcus, Iowa

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

CNA Pay Rates: $18-$22/hr (depends on experience, credentials, and work history)

CMA Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Schedule: Typical shift times are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a, 6a-6p, 6p-6a

Location: Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with getting in and out of bed

  • Help patients with personal and oral hygiene

  • Perform basic movement exercises

  • Serve meals and assist patients with eating

  • Aid in patient mobility

  • Provide compassionate support to patients and their loved ones

  • Collaborate with other CNAs to care for multiple patients

  • Take and report vital signs

  • Monitor and report food, water, and medication intake

  • Observe and report any changes in patient behavior, health, or vital statistics

Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA or Medication Aide Certification

  • Current 2-step TB Test & Physical

  • Mandatory Reporter Certificate preferred (we can assist in obtaining this)
