A physician in the MercyOne North Iowa Network provides quality patient care in both the inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.

Franklin General Hospital

  • Busy outpatientpracticewithinstantvolume

  • Join 3 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers

  • Newborn to end of life- no OB

  • No call outside of clinic hours

  • Historically very high would recommend scores- over 90%!

  • Specialists available- including Cardiology, Urology, GI, ENT, Ortho, etc.

  • Lab, x-ray, sleep, MRI, CT, mammography, nuclear med, PT, RT, ER all on site

  • 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic that cares for 11,000 residents of Franklin County

  • Affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center

MercyOne Medical Group- North Iowa

  • $ 150,000 sign-on bonus!

  • Highly competitive compensation and full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage; benefits start day 1 of employment!

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
