Summary:
Under the direction of the ABCM Therapy Consultant / Team Leader:• Evaluates and treats patients and communicates with families, physicians, and other health team members• Maintains documentation of services in patient medical records• Provides team members with in-service education and training in restorative and maintenance therapy techniques on an ongoing basis• Supervises therapy assistants as required by Iowa licensure• Functions within the parameters of the care center as set by the Administrator
Qualifications:
• Graduate of APTA accredited program and licensed by the Iowa Board of Physical Therapy• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language• Must possess outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills*COVID-19 vaccination required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
