ACCESS INCORPORATED Health Services Coordinator in HAMPTON, Iowa

Access, Incorporated is looking for a Health Services Coordinator. For over 45 years, Access, Incorporated has been serving people with disabilities and mental health needs within Franklin, Butler, Hardin, Cerro Gordo, and Wright counties. Our agency provides Hourly SCL, Daily SCL and Day Hab services to our members. Access, Incorporated's main office is located in Hampton, IA.

The Health Services Coordinator (HSC) has the general responsibility to promote overall health and welfare of individuals receiving support services from Access, Inc. The HSC will oversee the medication administration process and ensure all staff who administer medications are properly trained and following all Access, Inc policies and procedures. This staff person is responsible to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and laws. The Health Services Coordinator will also assist with staff training as it relates to supporting the health of individuals receiving services from Access, Inc.

  • Qualifications:
  • Nursing degree/ license required (RN or higher)
  • Must maintain nursing license
  • Successful completion of criminal/abuse/reference checks
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of HCBS services and person-centered planning strongly preferred
