Job Description:
To provide high quality food service in accordance with prescribed medical nutrition therapy while meeting all food safety and sanitation codes. To assist patients in menu selections in accordance to their prescribed medical nutrition therapeutic needs.
Assist director and dietitians in the provision of food service and nutritional programs. Under the supervision of dietitians, may plan and produce meals based on established guidelines, teach principles of food and nutrition, or counsel individuals.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
High school graduate or GED preferred
Experience working with customers or previous work in a service job preferred
Prior cooking experience preferred
