Key Responsibilities:
Assist in patient and staff health appraisals and conduct health clinics.
Perform physical examinations, document patient visits, and assist in patient record management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to address patient needs, including mental health interventions and medication administration.
Respond to medical emergencies alongside RNs, providing hands-on care and support.
Maintain and prepare medical supplies, assist with lab services (phlebotomy, EKGs), and support telemedicine and x-ray services.
Ensure proper medication administration, accountability, and documentation following institutional policies.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
