Unity Point Health - Eyerly Ball is seeking a therapist to work remotely within Iowa as part of the Rural Behavioral Health Outreach team. We are offering a Monday-Friday Schedule with full-time hours.
As atherapist, you will connect with clients of all ages who are experiencing various degrees of mental health or substance use challenges. You will provide psychosocial assessments, substance use assessments, and ongoing individual and/or family therapy.
As atherapistyou will:
Conduct intake mental health and/or substance use assessments for clients of all ages
Provide ongoing individual or family therapy sessions with appropriate evidence-based treatment methods
Collaborate with members of the Rural Behavioral Health Outreach Team
Complete documentation in accordance with agency and program guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
Motivated to connect with a wide variety of clients
Passionate about reducing stigma and assisting clients in achieving recovery from mental health symptoms
Independent, detail oriented, and organized
Requirements
To be considered you’ll need:
A Master’s degree in Social Work or another Behavioral Health field
A valid LMSW, LISW, TLMHC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the state of Iowa
Schedule:
M-F 8-4:30
Flexibility with offering of sessions virtually via work-from-home setup or in-person
