Job Title: Pharmacy Audit Coordinator
Provide a high level of customer service to support our stores with respect to the daily operations of a Hy-Vee Pharmacy. Support pharmacies with Pharmacy and Desk Audit Services as contracted.
Accountable and Reports to: AVP, Hy-Vee Pharmacy Fulfillment Center Assistant Director Retail Pharmacy Business Development

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Audits – Coordinate and conduct all aspects of on-site and desk audits for Hy-Vee Pharmacies; Analyze store audit data prior to on-site audits; Notify pharmacies and supervision of audit results.
Review desk audit documents prior to submission to auditor(s).
Prepare monthly management reports on pharmacy third party audit results and chargebacks by category of findings.
Work with pharmacy operations and supervision in communicating to store’s management on audit findings and suggestions to preclude errors from occurring again.
Pharmacy Services – receive and support customer calls and web forms.
Works with PBM’s and pharmacies to resolve claim processing issues.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedures for specific job duties.
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2-3 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred

Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
The duties of this position are performed in general office and also retail settings. Weekly travel possible. Valid Driver’s License with no DOT restrictions is required.
