Stoneridge Software seeks a highly motivated, assertive and client centric Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our growing team to contribute to Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM implementations. The Organizational Change Management Consultant will use their passion for people, culture, and thoughtful communications to guide organizations through their cloud adoption and transformation strategies. The OCM Consultant will design, develop, implement, and manage enterprise-wide solutions that will drive changes to organizational units, roles, responsibilities, user adoption, documentation, and processes. The role is aimed at instilling new behaviors, positive attitudes, and strategic staffing to transform the people and the culture at each client organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a highly strategic mindset, thrive with ambiguity, and effectively communicate with executive audiences.
This person will work closely with the Stoneridge Software internal teams and client project teams to facilitate Change Management activities that drive towards maximum benefit realization. The Change Management Consultant will conduct workshops and develop deliverables focused on defining success, assessing change readiness and risk, managing employee resistance to change, increasing people dependent ROI, preparing leaders to drive change, and building competencies for change into the organization.
A Day in the Life
Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities both internal to Stoneridge and in consultation with clients
Participate in the development of formalized and actionable Change Management offerings and deliverables
Perform Change Management assessments to determine readiness for change
Customize Change Management offerings to meet individual client and project needs
Develop Change Management strategies and plans based on assessed need, change scope and best practices
Consult with Executive Stakeholders on projects to guide them on providing sponsorship and leadership for business transformations
Guide our clients in navigating the risks that their organization has related to their change initiatives, as well as directing them through setting project success metrics to aid as a benchmark in project delivery
Support or lead communication and training workstreams as needed
Work in partnership with Stoneridge Delivery Team consultants to integrate overall change management and training activities into the project plan
Support all phases of Change Management for client projects (Discovery, Initiation, Creation, Deploy and transition to Operate as it ties to the Stoneridge proven processes)
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in change management and training
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; Prosci certification is a plus
Experience with large scale technology implementations, ERP or CRM a plus
Consulting experience preferred
Strong technical aptitude, experience with Dynamics 365 or ability to learn
Experience delivering high impact presentations to groups of up to 20 or more people at all levels of an organization
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Natural inclination for planning both strategy and tactics
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside Stoneridge
Ability to work primarily independently and concurrently lead change management initiatives on multiple projects
