What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and own a technical project plan for all assigned client implementations

  • Develop and deliver internal and external progress updates for ongoing projects

  • Lead technical implementation of standard data feeds with health systems, external vendors and physician practices

  • Effectively transition client knowledge and day to day operations to Operations Team after implementation

  • Work with Product Development to improve data capturing efficiencies and initiate new product features

  • Lead implementation analysts through implementation process and ad hoc analyses

  • Develop analytical approaches for testing compliance with newly identified clinical practice guidelines

  • Develop novel methods to improve the implementation process

  • Engage with external Healthcare IT vendors as needed to ensure client data is being captured and loaded as needed

  • Work with leadership to enhance our Population Management service and offerings

  • Manage changes in project scope throughout the project

  • Identify and communicate project risks and risk mitigation strategies 


  • BS in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience required

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

  • 1-3 years of client and project management experience with 5-7 years of healthcare data analysis experience

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent PC skills; including Excel, Visio, Project, and SharePoint

  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare industry

  • Proven project and matrix management skills

  • Analytical approach to client deliverables

  • Experience with relational database models is a plus

  • Experience in application of, and reporting on, evidence-based medicine \ quality of care standards a plus

  • EMR/EHR experience a plus

  • Familiarity with hospital information systems and reporting (quality or financial) systems a plus

  • Experience with SAS and SQL a plus

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Methodology certification a plus

Technical Requirements:

Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $80,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
