Description:

• performing routine analysis of samples to meet customer commitments

• weighing and pipetting of samples, working with acids, preparing reagents, filtering dietary fiber

• Analytical Chemistry work: pH, acidity, moisture, starch, calories, dietary fiber

• sample preparation and extraction of samples

• understand and follow Quality system documents relevant to responsibilities (following SOP's, methods and quality procedures)

• Identify samples assayed for rechecks

• analyzing and recording of data to ensure test results are accurate

Skills:

Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory, Weighing, sample prep, science, extrations

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's in the Life Sciences preferred.

High School Diploma + experience within a lab setting.
