Description:

*This position is eligible relocation and/or housing stipend depending on location *

What you will do:

  • Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting radiology needs of patients.

  • Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the order.

  • Hyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activity.

  • Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.

  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program.

  • Maintains current Iowa Permit to Practice.

  • Maintains active registry status in ARRT Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.

  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire
