Unity Point Health - Eyerly Ball is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our RESTORE program as a Family Education Provider (FEP) for the families of individuals who have experienced a First Episode of Psychosis. RESTORE is one of only four programs throughout the state providing this innovative Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) service. Therapists at Eyerly Ball inspire, challenge and change lives serving those in Des Moines.
As a RESTORE Clinical Therapist you will:
Be a part of a team providing state-of-the-art treatment for First Episode of Psychosis. The RESTORE team provides immediate access to one unified team with comprehensive, tailored services.
As a team member, collaborate with the individual, family, and other significant persons to help individuals renew a sense of purpose through recovery, finding their place socially, and achieving their goals in school and/or work.
Offer Family support and Family Education Groups for individuals served.
Receive specialized training including Navigate to enhance skills to provide evidence-based individual and family therapy and care coordination services to assigned persons served.
Assist clients in breaking down long-term goals into manageable steps.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Critical to the success of this position is the ability to build professional, understanding, and trusting relationships with clients who may be experiencing mental health disorders and their support systems.

Ability to practice good verbal and written communication skills with ability to complete case notes timely.
Requirements
To be considered you’ll need:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
Current license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Master's Level Social Worker (LMSW), LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Iowa preferred
Strong clinical engagement skills and the ability to show empathy
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

COVID 19 Vaccine/Flu Vaccine Requirements
