CHI Health has an immediate need to add a Certified Medical Assistant to our Valley View Clinic in Council Bluffs, IA!
Hours: Monday-Sunday 8a-8p, rotating weekends

They also play a huge role in a patient’s experience and prep when they visit any of our clinics. We couldn’t do it without you! Expectations:
Record patient’s medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
Obtain medical information and take vitals
Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the physician/nurse
Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of medical assisting program
Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Current/valid nationally recognized certification, registration or recognition for medical assistants (AAMA/CMA, RMA, NCMA)
High school diploma or equivalent
