Shift: PRN/Varied Day hours

What you will do:

  • Responsible for answering phone calls for multiple exams/procedures and adhering to work force management and service levels

  • ·Schedules exams/procedures/visits for medical imaging according to the patient and/or providers’ preferences for appointment types, lengths and individual appointment nuances

  • ·Multi-task between incoming messaging and telephone access avenues

  • ·Gathers insurance information and patient personal data.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum two (2) years’ related experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

  • Call center experience preferred.

  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hire.
