UnityPoint Clinic Westdale Family Medicine is actively recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their established Family Medicine group.
Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well known clinic to the community and neighborhood it resides within

Onsite X-ray (imaging services), Lab (Medlabs), and outpatient physical and occupational therapy.
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well

High volume, established clinic.
Clinic utilizes same Electronic Medical Record as the hospital; EPIC

This position will carry their own panel of patients, and still maintain the flexibility to treat your colleagues patients when the need arises
No nights or weekends
No inpatient call coverage - Hospitalist Program is fully utilized
Outpatient call is shared; Triaged first through the MyNurse call system - very light
Specialty Skills: minor procedures (i.e.: skin excisions, joint injections, lacerations)
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and the community we serve
Available to care for your colleagues patients
Provide the best outcome for every patient every time
Preferred experienced advance practitioner with experience working independently
ARNP or PA Board certified
Hold an unrestricted license
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work as a team member
