Robert Half is searching for a candidate to fill the position of an Administrative Assistant for an admired, well-known organization. The duties of this role include matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and facilitating Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes. You will work with a team in a great workspace/office and have great team collaboration.

-Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipts, and help with collection of past due balances to support Accounts Receivable

-Answer phone calls

-Provide customer service to external and internal customers

-Other office duties as assigned
