Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership and Administration : Provide comprehensive administration and supervision of our assisted living services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
· Tasks include: scheduling, payroll, planning, goal setting and achievement of goals, and sales.
· Resident Care : Oversee the development and implementation of clinical and psycho-social programming tailored to the needs of our residents.
· Tasks include: assure training and competency completion and resident and family relations.
· Team Development: Assist in hiring, coaching, and developing team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
· Tasks include: hiring, terminating, coaching, discipline, and evaluations.
· Household Management : Support the development and maintenance of the households, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
· Tasks include: team development, team member and resident satisfaction, retention, activities and wellness.
· Quality Coordination: Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and deliver the best possible quality of services for all residents.
· Tasks include : quality control and improvement measures. Resident transitions, and management of Assisted Living levels.

Qualifications
· Three to five years of previous long-term care experience is preferred.
· Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, clinical and social modeling. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures is preferred.
· Demonstrate the ability to actively advocate and model resident-directed care within the health center environment. Must demonstrate a passion to act as a champion for change within the industry, the ability to lead others through change and the ability to make decisions that lead toward new approaches and ways of thinking.
Licenses & Certifications
· Required: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator eligible
