Join us!Job DescriptionLocation: REMOTESalary: Full Time - $90K - $95KTravel: Up to 25%Title:Training Program Manager | Industrial Equipment MaintenanceSUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Team member must be able to work and direct personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. "Safety First" expectations include, but are not limited to, PTB process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Manage CandW Services/Cargill Region Training ProgramAssess the ability of all the maintenance crafts persons employed at the accountDevelop the curriculum for basic craft needs as well as advanced training for various specialtiesManage training grant application processManage the group of technical trainers per the CandW Services HR processesOwn the IEDP (Individual Employee Development Plan) process across the book of businessEnsure compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and proceduresOTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:Establish partnerships with training vendors, trade schools, vo-techs, and technical colleges to provide training options for employees and potential recruiting opportunitiesRemaining personally up to date with the latest industry and educational standards and methodsUtilize interactive technology to provide training for sites without an on-site trainerDevelop and report on pertinent KPIs for trainingParticipate as SME in RCAs as neededCommunicate with customer operations team leads and maintenance and reliability team leads to elicit feedback on crew performance and demonstrate the value impact of the training program to these stakeholdersPerform all other duties as assigned by the Operations ManagerQUALIFICATIONS:Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. An associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management is preferred, but not required.Experience: 5-10 years' experience as an instructor with either an industrial maintenance skills vendor or at a technical college or trade school.
