McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Medical Assistant for its West Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: assisting physician and team of other nurses and medical assistants with a fast paced dermatology practice. Rooming patients, assisting with office procedures, assisting with complete documentation of office visit and prior authorizations
High school diploma, GED, or HiSET
Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants preferred.
Current BCLS certification for Health Care Provider preferred.
Certification or registration from an approved certifying organization for Medical Assistants (AAMA, ARMA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT & NHA)
Days: Monday - Friday - As needed
Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
